We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact our support team first for the return address and instructions.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may ask for photos or a short video as evidence to speed up the resolution process.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, underwear, swimwear)
Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you received free shipping, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges

6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact our customer service for the correct return address (returns are typically processed through our fulfilment partners). You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
