What is the delivery time for my order?

After your order is shipped, the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days following payment confirmation and dispatch.

I placed an order. When will it be shipped?

We have a processing time of 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Once this period is over, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected.

I made a purchase and want to cancel it. How do I proceed?

Once your order is completed, it is immediately forwarded to our processing and packaging department. Therefore, cancellation requests can only be reviewed if made on the same day of purchase, during business hours.
Requests made after the purchase date cannot interrupt the shipping process. In this case, you will need to wait for the product to arrive to take the appropriate steps. Thank you for your understanding!

What size should I buy?

All products on our website include a "Size Chart" tab, where you can find measurements in centimeters and their corresponding sizes, according to the actual fit of each piece.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Please contact our support team as soon as possible!
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your address in our system.
If it has already been handed over to the carrier, you will need to wait until the package is returned to our facility so we can resend it to the correct address.

My order arrived, but only one item was delivered! Since we work with multiple suppliers, some items may be shipped separately.
